Lamar County, Alabama accident claims life of Kennedy man

LAMAR COUNTY, Ala. (WCBI) – A two-car accident has claimed the life of an Alabama man.

Investigators said Allen Pinkerton died when his car collided with an SUV on Highway 18, two miles east of Vernon. The crash happened last Sunday.

The Kennedy man died from his injuries two days later.

Alabama State Troopers are continuing to investigate.
