TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – Lee County deputies are searching for Montecuz Montez Goliday, 23.

Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson says Goliday walked away from a work center about 4 P.M. on Tuesday.

Goliday was being housed at the work center on Front Street for non-violent charges and was working a fine off.

He left walking west in Jefferson Street.
