Lee County Man Pleads Guilty To Child Porn Charges

LEE CO., Miss. (WCBI) – A Lee County man admits in federal court today he is guilty of distributing child pornography.

Lonnie Daniel Marcy says he traded child porn over the internet between May 2015 and August 2016. Federal agents arrested Marcy in December at a County Road 1451 home.

Sentencing is set for October. He could get up to 20 years on each of the two counts contained in the plea agreement.

Marcy originally faced a five count indictment in the case.
