Local judge inducted as Fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation

JACKSON, Miss. (WCBI) – A local judge has been inducted to a prestigious group for his service to the public for over 40 years.

Circuit Judge Lee J. Howard IV was inducted as a Fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation last week.

He’s pictured above with his wife and son.

Judge Howard first served as assistant district attorney for Hinds and Yazoo County in the mid 70’s.

Since then he’s served the 16th Circuit District, becoming the circuit judge in 1989.
