STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Getting from point A to point B just got a little easier in the city of Starkville.

The new Locksley Way multi-use path is officially open for public use.

The trail is a pedestrian walk-way and the first-ever two-lane bike path in the state.

It connects MSU with the Starkville Sportsplex.

The project is a four-way partnership among the City of Starkville, Oktibbeha County, Mississippi State University, and the Mississippi Department of Transportation.
