Lodge Club in Columbus Hosts Annual Scholarship Ball

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – A Symbol of Light Lodge 342 gathered at the Columbus American Legion hall tonight to host their second annual scholarship ball.

The event is a way to raise money for students from all over the golden triangle that applied for the scholarship. Three lucky recipients, who excel in academics and community service, will receive funds for college.

The fraternal organization hopes to give students the means to achieve their higher education goals and to give back to the community.
