Lowndes County Crash Sends One to Hospital

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Lowndes County crash totals one car and sends one to the hospital.

It happened on Pleasant Hill Road Sunday evening. 

A witness on scene says the driver of a white SUV was heading north, when it was sideswiped by a truck leaving the parking lot of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

The driver of the SUV was taken by ambulance to the hospital and the truck was totaled.

The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department responded and continues to investigate the crash.
