Man arrested on aggravated DUI charges in Columbus
COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Columbus Police made an arrest in connection with a deadly accident.
25-year-old Tyler Spencer has been charged with aggravated DUI.
Investigators said he was driving the car that crashed into a bridge on Lehmberg Road this past July.
20-year-old Egypt Ariana Cooper died in that accident.
Spencer was seriously injured.
A CPD spokesman said a toxicology test led to Spencer’s arrest.
His bond was set at $25,000.
