Man Charged In Steel Pipe Attack

COLUMBUS (WCBI) –  U.S. Marshals have arrested a Columbus man in connection with a September attack in the city.

24 year old KeOliver Billups is charged with aggravated assault for allegedly beating a man with a steel pipe on September 24th . That assault took place on South Browder Street.  Bond is set at $30,000.
