Video: Man Charged In Wednesday Hit And Run

COLUMBUS (WCBI) –  A Columbus man is under arrest in connection with a Wednesday night hit and run in the city.  45 year old Willie Broshawn Moody III is accused of intentionally running over the 33 year  old victim near Sim Scott Park.

Police say Moody and the man had argued earlier in the day which leads investigators to believe Moody meant to hit the man.   He faces an aggravated assault with manifest indifference to life charge.

The victim remains in critical condition .
