MBI releases name of Oxford homicide victim

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – New details Monday in an Oxford homicide investigation.

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation Monday afternoon released the name of the victim who has been identified as Dominique Lashelle Clayton 32.

Oxford police said a person was found dead in a home on Suncrest Street around two Sunday afternoon.

The MBI is assisting in the investigation.

At this time, no other information regarding the case is being released.
