Miss Mississippi Visits Eupora

EUPORA, Miss. (WCBI) – Some Eupora Elementary Students got a treat this morning, November 2.

Miss Mississippi 2017 Anne Elizabeth Buys spent the day in Webster County.

The Mississippi State Senior visited the elementary students and Eupora High schoolers as well.

Buys spoke to the students about good health and staying tobacco free.

Buys says it’s important to spread this life saving message.

“I’m partnering with the Mississippi Academy Of Family Physicians and I’m basically spreading awareness of the harm that can cause to people both young and old. I know that through advocates like this we can spread the awareness and help both children and young adults make good and healthy choices,” says Miss Mississippi Anne Elizabeth Buys.
