MSU student accused of holding ex at knife-point

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) A Mississippi State student is accused of holding her ex-boyfriend at knife-point in her dorm room.

Bianca McKinnis is charged with Domestic Aggravated Assault.

Mississippi State Police Chief Vance Rice says the victim was invited and went to pick up some of his property from McKinnis.

At some point, police say McKinnis pulled a knife and would not let her boyfriend leave room at Griffis Hall.

There was a struggle and the man was able to escape and call police.

The incident remains under investigation and other charges are possible.
