New restaurant coming to MSU campus

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) –  A new healthy dining option will be opening on Mississippi State’s campus this spring.

OLILO is a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant with signature recipes developed by Jackson native and celebrity chef Cat Cora.

MSU-Dining Aramark marketing manager Andi Pichardo says the addition of OLILO is because of students’ request for healthier dining options on campus.

The new restaurant will be located in the former home of State Fountain Barker in the Colvard Student Union.

The bakery will move to a new location next to Starbucks in the Union.
