Video: New Starkville Living Facility Breaks Ground

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Starkville will soon have a new living facility.

Friday, The Gin on Russell held a groundbreaking ceremony.

The new complex with house 1 to 4 bedroom luxury condominiums.

Developers hope the new community will fit the needs of Starkville as they continue to grow.

” The city of Starkville has done a good job with looking forward in a vision of creating a pedestrian friendly area. It’s going to be a really unique area. I think it’s the best real estate in Starkville,” says David Blackburn.

Blackburn says the complex should open in late spring or early summer next year.
