NETTLETON (WCBI) – The Nettleton School district did not have to look far for its new leader.

The school board is moving Nettleton High principal Tim Dickerson into the superintendents chair starting July 1. The move completes the full circle for Dickerson who graduated from Nettleton High in 1989. He also brings a resume of teaching and administrative positions in various Monroe County schools. He is taking over for Brian Jernigan who is set to become the Monroe County Superintendent of Schools.
