Noxubee County Jail escapee turns himself in

NOXUBEE, Miss. (WCBI)- One of the Noxubee County Jail escapees is back behind bars.

Noxubee County Sheriff Terry Grassaree said Jamie Welch, 20, turned himself in earlier Saturday.

Last Sunday both Welch and Tremarcus Webb broke out of the Noxubee County Jail by going through the ceiling and walking out the front door.

Sheriff Grassaree said Webb is still on the loose and they are actively searching for him.
