Video: Noxubee Man Still Critical

MACON, Miss. (WCBI) — The brother of a Noxubee County man killed in a car accident remains in critical condition.

The crash happened Sunday morning at the intersection of Highways 14 and 45.

Juwain Lockett is now at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.

His brother, 22 year-old Laquniton Darnell Lockett, was a passenger in the vehicle and died at the scene.

Macon police say a truck going south on Highway 45 ran a stop sign and hit Laquniton Lockett’s vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation.
