Okolona’s Main Street reopens

OKOLONA, Miss. (WCBI) – Okolona’s Main Street is back open.

Repairs were made to a water line that cracked on Friday.

Public Works Superintendent Richie Cousin said age played a role in the damage but a boil water notice is not needed.

One lane of the road was closed this weekend, while crews waited for a part.
