Oktibbeha County Fire Coordinator Reappointed

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Oktibbeha County’s Fire Coordinator is unanimously reappointed today, January 16, after falling under the county board’s scrutiny.

Board members reappointed Kirk Rosenhan for the rest of the calendar year.

Earlier this month, Rosenhan was appointed for a two week stint and told to prepare a presentation on why he should keep his job.

According to Board President Orlando Trainer, county leaders wanted to hear from Rosenhan and others interested in the position.

The Oktibbeha County Fire Services cover over a 500 square mile radius.
