Oktibbeha Wreck Leaves One Dead

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY (WCBI) –  One person is dead following a Friday night wreck in Oktibbeha County.

Oktibbeha County Deputy Coroner Billy Miller says 23’year old Ashley Jackson of Artesia died when her car ran off Artesia Road west of Blair Road .  The car hit a culvert and burned.  East Oktibbeha Fire and Rescue members were able to pull her from the wreckage before that fire broke out but she died from her injuries .
