One Arrested In Auto Theft Investigation, More Arrests Expected

LEE CO., Miss. (WCBI) – A Tupelo man is arrested after an investigation into a rash of auto burglaries.

Deputies with the Lee County Sheriff’s Department arrested 21-year-old Kejuan Brown Wednesday.

LCSD were working several auto burglaries in the Natchez Trace Villas towards the end of June. Among some of the items taken were money, cellphones, and personal identification.

During the crime spree, a car was also stolen.

The vehicle was recovered, and that’s when deputies arrested Brown.

Brown has been charged with burglary of a vehicle and auto theft.

More arrests are expected in this investigation.
