One man injured after Tupelo shooting

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI)- One man is in the hospital after an early evening shooting.

The Tupelo Police Department responded to a call around 7:45 p.m. Friday night on Martin Street.

A man had been shot during an alleged domestic violence situation.

The victim’s condition is unknown at this time.

The apparent shooter is cooperating with law enforcement as they continue to investigate the incident.
