Oven Baked BBQ Salmon

I’ve been raving over Salmon and the flavor it can bring!  Plus, for me lighting up the oven can be tough with my work schedule.  This recipe uses a home-made dry rub with juices to capture some tropical flavor while capturing a sweet and smoky flavor, all while using the oven inside and making a meal quick and efficiently!

Ingredients:
Salmon filets, skin on
3 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp cumin

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Place salmon on parchment paper in pan
3. Drizzle with juices until coated
4. Mix spices together in a bowl
5. Sprinkle/pat spices onto salmon
6. Bake 13-15 minutes until done.
