Overnight Fire Destroys Home

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- A fire destroys an Oktibbeha County home, two cars, and several outbuildings early Wednesday morning.

Oktibbeha County Fire Service Coordinator, Kirk Rosenhan told WCBI the fire started shortly after midnight.

Rosenhan said by the time firefighters arrived on scene, the house was completely engulfed.

The home is located in a rural area south of Starkville, off Long View Road at 182 Oliver Jackson Road.

No one was injured.

The fire is currently under investigation.
