36 year old Enrique Moreno is charged with aggravated assault in connection with a May 2014 fight inside an Oxford restaurant.  Moreno actually came to the Oxford Police Department on an unrelated incident when the outstanding warrant surfaced in the OPD system.  The assault charge says Moreno attacked a man with a  metal cane at El Milagro restaurant in May 2014. The victim suffered severe damage to the eye and cheek.  Bond is set at $5,000
