Person Killed After Being Hit By Vehicle

PONTOTOC, Miss. (WCBI) – A person in Pontotoc County was hit and killed by a vehicle.

Sheriff Leo Mask says the incident happened on Mormon Road about 5 P.M. Sunday but would not release any details.

An unidentified person of interest is being held by investigators.

Mask didn’t release the victim’s name.
