Police Want Bond Revoked For Shoplifting Suspect

TUPELO (WCBI) – Tupelo Police are seeking to have the bond revoked on a suspected serial shoplifter.

Jeremy Hunter is being held after leading Tupelo Police on an extended foot chase from J.C. Penneys to Wal-Mart on North Gloster. When it was over Hunter was in custody and 27 hundred dollars in stolen goods recovered. Detectives then discovered Hunters’ lengthy list of felony and misdemeanor shoplifting warrants 12 to be exact.. It’s those charges which is prompting authorities to seek to have bond revoked.
