Pontotoc Man Pleads Guilty To Child Porn Charges

OXFORD, MS (WCBI) –  A Pontotoc  man arrested by Tupelo police is guilty of  federal charges of distributing child pornography.  40 year old Christopher Sean Cooper entered  the plea today in Oxford.

The original indictment says  Cooper was found in possession of pictures and movies of a child under twelve years old.  That discovery was made in August of 2014.   Cooper now faces a possible sentence of between five and 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
