ABERDEEN (WCBI) – A Pontotoc woman faces a two count federal indictment for social security fraud. 60 year old Donna Bridgman is accused of illegally claiming more than 140 thousand dollars in disability benefits
Federal court records show Bridgman received monthly payments between January 2010 and June 2015 . The government claims during that time frame Bridgman received substantial income from a trucking company she owned but hid that money from the Social Security Administration. If convicted, she could be jailed for up to ten years and fined a quarter million dollars. She is currently free on bond.
