Prentiss Deputies Make Rape Arrest

BOONEVILLE (WCBI) – A Prentiss County man remains jailed on charges of rape and kidnapping.  Sheriff Randy Tolar says 21 year old Mike Rutledge faces the charges after the victim of an August assault came forward.
