Rienzi Man Arrested For Intent To Distribute

CLAY CO., Miss. (WCBI) – A traffic stop conducted Friday, September 2, 2016 by Clay County Sheriff’s deputies, US Park Ranger Service and Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics on Hwy. 46 in Clay County resulted in the arrest of Marcus Fair, age 32 of Rienzi, MS. Fair is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott stated approximately 3 ½ ounces of marijuana was seized with a street value of approximately $1,000.00.

Scott said the addition of the K9 Unit continues to be a benefactor in fighting narcotic trafficking.
