School Deemed Unsafe

REFORM, Ala. (WCBI) – The Reform Elementary School cafeteria-library building is deemed unsafe.

In a social media post, Pickens County Superintendent Jamie Chapman says the building has structural issues.

Now, students will be served breakfast and lunch in the gym or their classroom until further notice.

The maintenance department, architect and engineers are working to find a solution to the problem.

Chapman says the After School Supper feeding program in the Reform area is cancelled until further notice.
