Video: Science Comes Alive In Columbus

COLUMBUS (WCBI) – A traveling tour sponsored by NASA and Honeywell hopes to bring energy and attention to science, engineering and math careers.

F-M-A LIVE features everything from a hip hop concert to velcro walls students can plaster themselves to all with the goal of showing science and technology can be exciting. Sponsors hope by showing how science is a part of everyday life they can lure more students into choosing a science based career .
F-M-A LIVE bases its shows on the Next Generation Science Education Standards for fifth through eighth graders like those who saw the show in the Columbus Schools today.
