Video: Second Suspect In Randolph Postal Robbery Charged
RANDOLPH (WCBI) -Formal charges are now filed against the second suspect in connection with the robbery of the Randolph Post office and the shooting of the relief postmaster.
Richard Thomas Scott of Wilmer Alabama is charged with Assault and armed Robbery of a Postal Employee. The formal case against Roberts was filed today. He and an accomplice Angela Roy also of are accused of robbing the post office September 23rd , shooting the postmaster and fleeing. They were captured in Louisiana four days later. Roy is also facing the same charges that were filed today against Scott.
