Showery Thursday, Cooler Friday

TONIGHT:  Clear skies will hold during the evening but low clouds are expected to fill in by sunrise. Look for lows mainly in the low 40s.

THURSDAY: There is a 30% to 40% chance of developing rain showers.  Rainfall amounts of less than 1/4″ are expected but any drop of rain is welcome considering the dry conditions.  Highs should remain in the upper 50s and 60s.

FRIDAY:  We’ll return to sun but it will be much cooler. Highs are only going to be in the 40s.

SATURDAY:  Seasonably cool weather looks to continue.  Clouds are going to fill in during the day and some showers are possible by evening.  Highs in the upper 40s are likely.

SUNDAY:  A much better chance of rain exists across Mississippi and Alabama.  Highs should be around 50.
