SHS honors community leaders during Black History Month program

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Starkville High honored several community leaders and some alumni during its annual Black History Month Program.

Students packed the gym this morning to hear several performances and listen to the guest speakers.

Our very Aundrea Self, a Starkville High alum, was one of nine honorees for the event.

Students said the program was a celebration of history, the arts, fashion, and service.
