UPDATE- Silver Alert Issued For Jackson Man Cancelled

UPDATE- Richard has been located and is safe

JACKSON (MBI RELEASE) – The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 77-year-old Ray Richard of Jackson.

Mr. Richard is described as a black male, six feet, three inches tall weighing 210 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen about 3:30 p.m. Friday on Dixon Road in Jackson driving a maroon 2008 Cadillac Escalade bearing personalized license plate MCKFAM8. Family members say Mr. Richard suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgement.
