Video: Special Called School Board Meeting

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)-The Columbus school board members held a special called meeting Monday night.

The board was in executive session for about and hour-and-a-half, discussing two personnel matters involving current staff members, one was a disciplinary issue, the other a resignation.

Actions were taken in both matters, however, board members wouldn’t comment on what those actions were.

The board also approved an agreement to have the school district partner with Proximity Learning Incorporation, an online education provider based in Texas.
