Starkville Alderman Found Not Guilty Of DUI

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A Starkville alderman is found not guilty of DUI.

Ward 7 Alderman Henry Vaughn was arrested in June 2014.

At the time, he was charged with DUI first, reckless driving, and no insurance.

The Oktibbeha County Justice Court confirmed the ruling Friday afternoon.
