Starkville Utilities Issues Boil Water Notice

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Some Starkville residents are under a boil water notice.

This morning, Starkville Utilities issued a precautionary boil water notice for customers of the former Bluefield Water Association.

The notice comes after a break in a water main.

Starkville Utilities customers residing west of the Highway 25 bypass and south of U-S 82 should boil water for two minutes before using for consumption.

The notice is in effect until 5:00 o’clock Monday, August 22nd.
