The Department of Public Safety says a 3rd party contractor called MorphoTrust USA has accidentally sent out letters to some motorists saying their drivers licenses have been suspended for DUI.   The letters will be dated between December 11th and December 19th.  If you have received one, you are asked to call the Driver records Division immediately.  That number is 601 987-1224.   DPS is working with MorphoTrust to find out what happened and to prevent it from taking place again.  The Department is also apologizing to the motorists who received the letter.   The online license check system has been updated so should a law officer check your license over the holiday travel period it will not come back as suspended.
