Statutory Rape Arrest

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Starkville man faces a series of sexual charges involving a child.

18 year-old Jaquan Owens is charged with Statutory Rape, Enticement of a Child to Produce Visual Depiction of Sexual Conduct, Enticement of a Child to Meet for Sexual Purposes and Dissemination of Sexually Oriented Materials to Persons Under 18 Years.

According to Starkville P.D., the incidents occurred over a few days around November 20.

Owens bond is set at $25,000.
