Stay at Home order takes effect Saturday for state of Alabama

ALABAMA (WCBI)- Governor Ivey issues a stay at home order for the state of Alabama.

The order takes effect Saturday starting at 5 p.m. and will run through April 30th.

Under the stay at home order people in Alabama can still get essential needs such as going to the grocery store, doctor appointments, or to work if you’re still working.

Gatherings of more then ten people is prohibited in the order.
