Texas Woman Arrested in Starkville on Molestation Charge

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) –  20 year-old Sally Ann Wright of Amarillo, Texas is charged with molestation. Starkville police say she was arrested Monday after a report about a sexual battery case involving a juvenile.

Investigators declined to give any details about the case.

Wright was booked under a law involving the touching of a child by a person of authority or touching a child under the age of 16, both would apply under the statue.

She was processed and her bond was set at $50,000.
