The Enterprise Jobs Fair

ACKERMAN, Miss. (WCBI) –The Enterprise of Mississippi Job’s Fair at the Ackerman Community Center is a chance for business and industry to show potential workers what they have to offer by way of employment.

Signs posted at major intersections directing job seekers to where well over a dozen vendors hoped to fill vacancies with qualified applicants Thursday.

“And I feel confident in, you know some of the jobs that I took out of there to apply for,” said Krnea Fair/Ackerman.

“I’m very confident about leaving this place. Getting information on jobs in the surrounding counties,” said Stanette Fair/Ackerman.

By the end of the day 250 qualified applicants had come through the Thursday jobs fair at that center.
