Three Arrested In Oxford On Armed Robbery Charges

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – Three Tupelo men accused of armed robbery after the victim reports his drugs stolen.

On Monday, Oxford Police arrested 20-year-old Jamaltae Adams, 19-year-old Brannon McAllister, and 19-year-old Laterance Lindsey.

Officers responded to a call of armed robbery at Molly Barr Trails.

The three men allegedly met with the victim for a possible narcotics deal.

That’s when police say they robbed the victim at gunpoint.

The suspects’ vehicle, along with descriptions of Adams, McAllister, and Lindsey, were given to police, and soon after that first call officers spotted the getaway car.

All three men were then taken into custody.

The gun used during the robbery, and the victim’s stolen items, including the drugs, were recovered from inside the car.

All three men are charged with armed robbery and were given a bond of $25,000 thousand.
