Three Facing Drug Charges In Chickasaw County

CHICKASAW CO., Miss. (WCBI) – The Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Department along with Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics and North Mississippi Narcotics net multiple drug arrests Wednesday

after making some traffic stops.

Cedrick Thomas of Houston was stopped on North Jackson Street in Houston. Officers found meth on Thomas during that stop.

He was arrested for possession of methamphetamine by Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics.

John and Nattlie Tharp, both from Houlka, were stopped on County Road 405 in Houston. Officers found them with several grams of methamphetamine during the stop.

Both Tharps were arrested by agents with the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit for possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell.
