TN Man Arrested For Meth Possession

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- Police say a man is caught speeding on the highway, but gets arrested for a more serious charge.

Michael Johnson of Endville, Tennessee, is charged with possession of a controlled substance after troopers caught him going over a hundred miles an hour on the road.

Officials say once they pulled him over, Troopers found seven grams of suspected crystal meth and a small amount of marijuana.

Troopers seized his mustang and nearly $4,000 in cash.

Johnson also faces several misdemeanor traffic violations.
