TPD Arrests Man in Connection With Domestic Violence, Vehicle Theft

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) — A Tupelo man will remain in jail tonight after he was arrested Saturday.

According to a press release provided by the Tupelo Police Department (TPD), Patrick Phares was arrested for felony domestic assault and auto theft.

Phares is accused of stealing the domestic assault victim’s vehicle.

Phares, per the release, was arrested after he was discovered at the scene of a three-car accident he was involved in.

Phare’s bond has been set at $100,000.
